2nd, 3rd and 4th class were learning about Halloween traditions.

The pupils did some research at home about what their parents and grandparents did to celebrate Halloween.

Senior Infants and First Class showed their artistic flair, painting hedgehogs before pasting a selection of leaves on to them.

World Mental Health Day was on 10th October, All classes learned about feelings and thoughts.

Senior Infants and First class made these 'emotions' from Play Doh!



The girls who won the Under 12s County Final (camogie) with Erin's Own brought their trophies into school. Congratulations, girls!



Kilkenny Day was celebrated on Sunday 10th October, just before the Feast of St Canice on 11th October. In school, we had a Black and Amber Day (9th October).


Music Generation is in full swing again, from 2nd to 6th class. Clare Kilkenny, music teacher, is leading these classes in singing, music theory, games and movement!

Welcome back to school, everyone!


We are delighted to be back to school, to meet friends, to play outside and in the classroom, to learn new things and to try new activities.


The school Gaelic Football team is already in action this month. Best of luck to the girls in their fixtures, to Mrs Walshe and Mrs C. Kenny for training them.


5th and 6th class are enjoying cycling lessons each Friday.


Music Generation classes have resumed in middle and senior classes.


School meals have started this month, and pupils are enjoying the selection.

phone on 083 1145499 during school hours.
