Just before the Easter holidays, all classes had their own engineering workshop with Bricks4Kidz.
Below, are some photos of pupils at work, using the Lego and Lego Technic kits that engineer Kealan introduced, and explained.
For eight weeks, pupils from 2nd to 6th class enjoyed French lessons, as part of the Say Yes to Languages programme.
French teacher, Madame Lucey introduced the pupils to French through games, songs and conversation.
New materials were useful too, such as a Languages Passport, which the pupils filled in, weekly.
Pupils built on their conversation skills each week, and confidently presented their personal profiles, during the final lesson.
The pupils learned how to talk about themselves, their family, pets, sports, food, and more. They also learned a little about France and French culture.

A very big, heartfelt Thank You to all pupils and families that contributed to the Lenten Collection this year. Volunteers from the local SVP collected all the items just before the Easter holidays. From cereals to tinned foods, pasta to sweet treats, tea and coffee, the collection had dozens of items.
